This tool is meant to help visualize the muscles worked in a given set of strength training exercises.
The leftmost column is a list of popular weight-bearing exercises.
Clicking the arrow will display the muscles used, and clicking the name of the move will add it to the current routine being considered.
Moves added to the current routine can be visualized by the body on the left.
For each exercise added to the current routine column, the muscles involved will be darkened on the image, allowing you to view the muscles targeted by your routine.
Those used repeatedly will be darker than those used less frequently or not at all.
Clicking a muscle on the image will bring up a list of suggested exercises involving that muscle in the suggestions column.
Suggested exercises can also be added to the current routine if they are clicked.
